At the same time, expand the beneficiaries of the National Target Program 1719 to newly escaped poverty households and near-poor households, contributing to sustainable poverty reduction in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Quynh Lien, Head of the Monitoring Delegation, acknowledged and highly appreciated the implementation of Project 1 of Program 1719, promoting investment efficiency and improving the lives of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas in Ninh Thuan province. The implementation flexibly integrated national target programs, ensuring the goal of bringing the Project to beneficiaries in terms of residential land, housing, domestic water, job conversion, and improving the value chain of agricultural and livestock products. Acknowledging the recommendations of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Ethnic Committee on increasing the level of support for housing construction, job conversion and expanding the beneficiaries of the State's support policies.
