Many new contents in the Social Insurance Law 2024 that you need to know

According to the plan, the implementation of assigned tasks in the Social Insurance Law No. 41/2024/QH15 dated June 29, 2024 and Resolution No. 142/2024/QH15 dated June 29, 2024 of the National Assembly will be carried out at all levels, sectors and all people in the province.

Departments, branches, sectors, provincial Social Insurance, People's Committees of districts and cities propagate, disseminate and train the Law on Social Insurance and documents guiding its implementation; train, educate and foster capacity for the system implementing social insurance policies and enterprises and production and business establishments in the area.

The Department of Home Affairs shall preside over the review of legal documents issued by the Provincial People's Committee for implementation and legal documents related to the Social Insurance Law 2014 to compile statistics on documents that need to be amended, supplemented, abolished or newly issued to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Social Insurance Law 2024; participate in the development and promulgation of documents detailing and guiding the implementation of the Social Insurance Law 2024, Resolution No. 142/2024/QH15, etc.

The plan aims to raise awareness and understanding of authorities at all levels, the community and businesses about the rights and obligations when participating in social insurance, contributing to building a fair and effective social insurance system.
