According to Tan An Ward Police, this woman was fined for "Intentionally causing injury or harm to the health of another person but not to the extent of criminal prosecution".
Previously, Ms. PVNH (35 years old, sales staff, Dak Lak Urban and Environment Joint Stock Company) sent a complaint to the police about being insulted, cursed, and slapped in the face by a woman while she was trimming trees on the street with a group of workers.
According to Ms. H. on October 10, she and the workers were pruning and raising the canopy of the tree in front of house number 52 Ly Thai To. At that time, a woman (over 50 years old, claiming to be the homeowner) prevented the tree from being pruned because she thought the tree belonged to her family.

In response to the incident, Ms. H. explained that the trees were state property and that she and the workers were performing their assigned duties. However, the woman continued to curse, insult, and then pushed and slapped the female environmental worker in the face.
The woman then climbed onto a specialized tree-trimming vehicle to prevent the workers from working.
