At the semi-finals of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023, the Organizing Committee announced the winners of the secondary awards within the framework of the contest, respectively: Best Catwalk Award was awarded to contestant Ngo Bao Ngoc (SBD 678); Best Social Media Award was awarded to contestant Cao Thi Thien Trang (SBD 789); Best Body Award was awarded to contestant Tran Thi Thuy Tram (SBD 289); Best Interview Award belonged to contestant Phan Le Hoang An (SBD 382); Best Smile Award was awarded to contestant Dang Tran Ngoc (SBD 684).
