Implementing Plan No. 2960/KH-TTCP dated December 8, 2023 of the Government Inspectorate on specialized inspection of responsibility for performing public duties of cadres and civil servants nationwide, the People's Committee of Nghe An province has just issued an official dispatch requesting relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities to carry out the specialized inspection content to ensure comprehensiveness and achieve the set goals and requirements.
Specifically, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and sectors under the Provincial People's Committee; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to base on the results of performing assigned tasks, self-inspect and report the results of inspection of the contents as required.
The Provincial Inspectorate presided over and coordinated with the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Justice to establish an interdisciplinary inspection team to inspect the responsibility for performing public duties of officials and civil servants in handling administrative procedures and providing public services to people and businesses at 4 units: Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Health, Nghi Loc District People's Committee, and Quy Hop District People's Committee.

The inspection will be conducted on the results of public service performance of officials and civil servants in handling administrative procedures and providing public administrative services to individuals and organizations from July 15, 2021 to November 30, 2023.
Inspection contents: State management responsibilities for implementing administrative procedures and providing public administrative services to individuals and organizations. Leadership, direction, promulgation and implementation of State and unit regulations on public service responsibilities of officials and civil servants in handling administrative procedures and providing public administrative services to individuals and organizations during the inspection period.
Control, recommend or issue under authority to eliminate or amend inappropriate, complicated, cumbersome administrative procedures; supplement necessary administrative procedures to meet actual needs. Organize the operation of the one-stop department and implement the one-stop, one-stop mechanism according to regulations.
Announcement and disclosure of administrative procedures according to regulations; implementation of public and transparent settlement process; digitization of records and results of administrative procedure settlement; settlement of administrative procedures in electronic environment; connection and sharing of data serving settlement of administrative procedures.

Checking, urging and handling officials and civil servants in handling administrative procedures and providing online public services to individuals and organizations.
Regarding administrative procedure settlement, the inspection content will focus on handling directly and online received records; the number received before November 15, 2021 transferred; the number received during the survey period. For records refused to be settled, records settled overdue, it is necessary to clarify the difficulties and inadequacies in policies and mechanisms, human resources, infrastructure, finance, etc. for each field, administrative procedures of each unit (if any).
The performance of public duties by officials and civil servants in handling administrative procedures and providing public administrative services to individuals and organizations.
During the implementation process, if there are any problems, limitations and recommendations to rectify management work, perfect policy mechanisms and administrative and other handling measures, agencies and units are requested to propose and reflect.
