The 4th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2025 in the province with the theme "With books entering the era of national growth", will take place from April 11 to 13, 2025, at Bac Ninh Library.

The 4th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2025 in the province includes many diverse activities such as: Building exhibition booths, organizing book and newspaper exhibitions of Bac Ninh Library and bookstores and publishers; Exchange activities, introducing books, reading books, giving books; Organizing painting competitions, arranging artistic book models, promoting books, learning about history with the theme: "The Great Victory of Spring 1975 - Aspiration for Peace and National Reunification"; Exchanges and discussions with speakers, authors and readers.

Along with that, the series of activities in response to Book and Reading Culture Day, focusing from April 10 to 22, 2025, will focus on activities such as: Organizing Reading Festivals according to each topic at schools; Launching a reading movement in school libraries; Launching a movement to collect books and support books for schools that lack books or have few books; Donating books to disadvantaged units, bringing books to serve the sick, the elderly, and the disabled; Building models of family and clan bookcases, reading rooms in local cultural houses, etc.
