The device is equipped with a camera system in cooperation with Leica. The lenses all have a resolution of 50MP and a focal length range of 12mm to 120mm. The main camera uses a 1-inch LYT-900 image sensor, helping to improve the ability to take pictures in low light conditions.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra's screen uses a 6.73-inch AMOLED C8 panel, with a resolution of 3,200 x 1,440 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. In the international version, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery (instead of 5,300mAh as on the domestic device), integrated with 90W HyperCharge fast charging.
Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 14 version Xiaomi 14 has a 6.36-inch CrystalRes AMOLED screen, 2,670 x 1,200 pixel resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The device integrates a 4,610mAh battery with 90W HyperCharge fast charging technology.
The Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra duo are both equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processors and the HyperOS operating system platform developed by the company itself. Xiaomi said that HyperOS integrates many AI-related features to help users use the device more easily.

In the international market, the Xiaomi 14 has a listed price of 999 euros, while the 14 Ultra version is priced at 1,499 euros. Currently, Xiaomi has not revealed the official price of these two models in the Vietnamese market.
In addition, the company also introduced the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4 tablet. The device has a 12.4-inch screen with a 3:2 ratio similar to the iPad, helping to improve comfort when reading and using multimedia.
The device uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, comes with 8/12/16GB RAM options, 256/512GB or 1TB storage. The product is equipped with a 10,000mAh battery, supporting 120W fast charging technology.
Xiaomi says the tablet runs HyperOS with multitasking features optimized for large screens. It also supports accessories including the Xiaomi Focus Pen and keyboard.
