At the meeting, the delegates of the People's Council of Quang Nam province voted to dismiss the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Nam province and to terminate the duties of the People's Council Delegate of Quang Nam province for the 2021-2026 term for comrade Phan Viet Cuong, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, who is on leave pending retirement from January 1, 2024.

In addition, at this session, the People's Council of Quang Nam province voted to dismiss comrade Tran Thanh Ha, former Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and comrade Nguyen Phu, former Director of the Department of Construction, from the position of member of the Provincial People's Committee, term X, 2021-2026, for comrade Bui Ngoc Anh, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
