(Dan Tri) - Temperatures in the North remain below 20 degrees Celsius, in some mountainous areas below 7 degrees Celsius. This weekend, the North will welcome more cold air with light rain.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on the night of December 16 and 17, the North and Thanh Hoa will generally have no rain at night and sunny days. This area will maintain cold weather, with some mountainous areas experiencing severe cold in the coming days.

In particular, the temperature difference between day and night in the North is quite large, about 10-11 degrees Celsius. On December 17, Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces had some rain, sunny in the afternoon. On December 18, there was scattered rain, cold weather. Other areas had scattered showers and thunderstorms.
