The State Securities Commission has just announced penalties for many enterprises violating regulations on information disclosure. Notably, the State Securities Commission has fined Danh Viet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company VND 92.5 million for not disclosing information as required by law with the 2022 periodic report on the amount of money collected from 2 bond issuances worth VND 1,500 billion and VND 44.2 billion.

The company also failed to disclose information on time for documents including: Audited 2021 financial statements; Report on the use of capital from bond issuance in the first 6 months of 2022; report on the payment of interest and principal of bonds in 2022 (of the 1,500 billion bond lot); report on the results of bond offering; report on the payment of interest and principal of bonds in 2022 (of the 44.2 billion bond lot).
Finally, Hoa Phat Textbook Printing JSC was fined a total of VND250 million by the State Securities Commission for publishing false information and publishing information late.
In particular, the company was fined VND 65 million for not disclosing information on many documents on time. Notably, Hoa Phat Textbook Printing JSC was fined an additional VND 175 million for disclosing false information about transactions with related parties and information about collateral for bonds coded HVDCH2123001 on the 2022 consolidated financial statements. The company was also fined an additional VND 15 million for not stipulating in its internal regulations on corporate governance the application of modern information technology so that shareholders can attend and express their opinions at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
