Loc Troi Group (Code: LTG) has just announced that it has received the resignation letter of Ms. Thuy Vu Dropsey - Member of the Board of Directors of the company for the term 2019-2024. The resignation will be reported at the nearest shareholders' meeting or in the form of collecting shareholders' opinions in writing.
Ms. Thuy Vu Dropsey (born in 1982) was appointed as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors on June 28, 2019 for the 2019-2024 term and currently does not own any LTG shares. Thus, Loc Troi currently has only 4 members of the Board of Directors.
Along with the personnel issue, this agricultural company also decided to terminate the investment project and dissolve Loc Troi – Vien Thi JSC (a subsidiary in which Loc Troi owns 51% of the capital). This is a joint venture with a group in China, specializing in the field of research and production of seedlings.
This large agricultural corporation is expanding strongly into the food sector and achieving high results, with a record revenue of nearly half a billion USD last year. Petrolimex Commercial Joint Stock Bank (PG Bank - Code: PGB) announced the appointment of Mr. Pham Manh Thang as General Director from September 15. The appointment term is 5 years, from the effective date.
Mr. Pham Manh Thang, born in 1962, former Deputy General Director of Vietcombank, has just retired from the regime since May 1. On July 2, this leader took over the position of Acting General Director of PG Bank, replacing Mr. Nguyen Phi Hung.

Tan Son Nhat Airport Services Company (Sasco - Code: SAS) plans to dismiss Ms. Doan Thi Mai Huong from the Board of Directors and elect Mr. Nguyen Van Hung Cuong as a member for the remaining term of 2019-2024.
Ms. Huong (born in 1967) joined Sasco in 1993 as a legal officer. This female leader served as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the company from 2015 to 2019 and concurrently held the position of General Director. Meanwhile, Mr. Cuong (born in 1968) is currently the General Director of Sasco and was nominated by ACV shareholders.
Sasco, under the management of luxury goods king Jonathan Hanh Nguyen, is recovering well since the pandemic. Net revenue in the first half of this year was nearly 3 times higher than the same period last year, reaching VND1,173 billion, and net profit target increased by 29% to VND110 billion.
