Thai Binh Province "Skilled Mass Mobilization" Festival 2023

On the morning of October 4, at the hall of the Provincial Military Command, the Steering Committee of the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" of the province organized the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" festival of Thai Binh province in 2023.

Comrades: Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Giang, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission awarded the first prize to the delegation of Thai Binh city.

Attending the event were comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Steering Committee for the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" of the province; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations at the provincial level; standing members of district party committees, city party committees, and party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee.

The program was broadcast live on Thai Binh Electronic Newspaper, Thai Binh Electronic Newspaper fanpage, Thai Binh Newspaper's digital infrastructure, Thai Binh Province's "Electronic Party Member Handbook" and rebroadcast on electronic information pages, fanpages of the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations of the province.

In his opening speech, Comrade Nguyen Van Giang, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 2023 Provincial "Skilled Mass Mobilization" Festival, affirmed: In recent years, the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" has received attention and direction from all levels and sectors in the province and achieved many positive results. The implementation of the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" has gradually become a regular activity of each organization and individual. Through the movement, many models and typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" have emerged in all fields and have had a profound influence on social life.

He emphasized: The "Skillful Mass Mobilization" Festival is an opportunity to propagate, raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, authorities, cadres, party members, union members, association members, and people of all walks of life about the position and role of mass mobilization work; disseminate models and typical examples of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" at the grassroots level; create a forum for exchanging, learning experiences, sharing good and creative ways of mass mobilization work and "Skillful Mass Mobilization". Thereby, further improving the quality of the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" emulation movement, bringing the emulation movement into depth, effectiveness, and practicality, effectively contributing to the successful implementation of the province's political tasks.

The festival was attended by 13 teams from 8 districts, cities and 5 party committees under the Provincial Party Committee. With careful investment and preparation from script content to props and costumes, the 13 teams contributed extremely unique and attractive skits. The content of the skits is rich and diverse with many fields and forms of expression, but the common point is that they all originate from the practice at the grassroots level, are typical models and examples of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" that have been implemented by localities and units with positive results, creating a strong spread in the community in recent times.

At the end of the festival, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize to the Thai Binh city team with the play "Consensus"; 3 second prizes to the teams: Quynh Phu district, Kien Xuong district and the Provincial Border Guard Command; and 3 third prizes and 6 consolation prizes to the remaining teams participating in the festival.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee commended and rewarded 27 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in 2023.
