This year, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has established 41 volunteer teams at 17 examination sites with more than 400 volunteers from Vocational Colleges, Ninh Thuan Branch of Agriculture and Forestry University, Provincial Youth Volunteer Team, CTC group and local youth volunteer teams established by district and city Youth Unions at high schools throughout the province, contributing to ensuring that the examination takes place safely and effectively, creating a good mentality for candidates to achieve the highest results.
Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented the flag to launch the "Supporting the exam season" campaign in 2023 to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and commended the contributions of the province's youth to the cause of building and developing the beautiful homeland of Ninh Thuan. To continue implementing the activities in the "Supporting the Exam Season" Program in 2023 to ensure practicality, safety and effectiveness, he requested that the Youth Union at all levels continue to promote propaganda work before, during and after the program, creating a spread so that the support activities for the exam season become regular and continuous activities. Continue to implement with many innovative contents to best support candidates and their families, ensuring the goal: no candidate is left behind, supporting them appropriately to the actual needs of candidates. Youth union members, students, and pupils should promote solidarity, proactively volunteer to accompany candidates in reviewing, eating, resting, and transportation, etc., creating more confidence and a strong spirit for candidates to enter the exam. At the same time, the program needs to be organized scientifically, practically, effectively, economically, and ensure the safety of the youth volunteers; promptly encourage and commend typical examples participating in the Program, thereby further promoting the spirit of volunteering among the Youth Union members.

On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee awarded 25 "Lighting up dreams" scholarships, each worth 500,000 VND, to candidates in difficult circumstances, to encourage them to participate well in the 2023 high school exam. In addition, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee also presented gifts to representatives of the Youth Union teams, to encourage and motivate the volunteers participating in the "Exam Support" program in 2023 in conjunction with the launch of the "Green Summer" and "Red Flamboyant" campaigns.
