On the occasion of the 65th anniversary of Uncle Ho's third visit to Thai Binh (October 26, 1958 - October 26, 2023), on the afternoon of October 26, the People's Committee of Thai Binh City held a ceremony to put up a plaque for the Ky Ba Park project, Thai Binh City. This is also a project to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the liberation of the town and the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Thai Binh City.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches, sectors and organizations of Thai Binh province and city.

Ky Ba Park was approved for planning in 2008 with a scale of nearly 10 hectares in Ky Ba ward. During the implementation process, there were some difficulties and obstacles; the prolonged implementation process affected investment efficiency and urban aesthetics. To ensure compliance with the orientation and practice of urban development as well as legal regulations, in 2022, the city adjusted the planning for the third time as a basis for project implementation. With the drastic and specific direction of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee; close coordination of departments, branches; support and consensus of the people; especially the efforts and determination of the entire city's political system, difficulties and obstacles were removed to organize and implement the project. In December 2022, Ky Ba Park project started construction, with a total investment of 118 billion VND.

The park is invested synchronously with cultural, sports, entertainment and multi-purpose areas along with auxiliary works, internal traffic system, lighting system, green tree system and diverse flower gardens; the park's works are designed to carry the cultural identity of the ancient Thai Binh and Ky Bo Hai Khau lands such as sea waves, seven-color rainbows, some typical local products...

After nearly 10 months of active implementation, the Ky Ba Park project has been completed and put into use on schedule; contributing to the development of green, clean and beautiful landscape architecture space according to the planning and development orientation of Thai Binh city. At the same time, developing and expanding public living space, meeting the needs of cultural activities, physical exercise, sports, entertainment and recreation of all classes of people.
