Incense offering ceremony at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Special National Relic Site

On the occasion of the 1,100th anniversary of the birth of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang and the opening of the Hoa Lu Festival in 2024, on the morning of April 17 (March 9 of the lunar calendar), at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Special National Relic Site, Truong Yen Commune (Hoa Lu District), a delegation of provincial leaders held an incense offering ceremony at the Temple of King Dinh Tien Hoang and the Temple of King Le Dai Hanh.

Attending the incense offering ceremony were comrades: Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; members of the Organizing Committee of Hoa Lu Festival 2024; leaders of departments, branches, and organizations of the province; leaders of districts and cities in the province, and delegates of Truong Yen commune.

Offering incense at the Temple of King Dinh Tien Hoang and the Temple of King Le Dai Hanh, provincial leaders and delegates respectfully remembered and expressed gratitude for the great contributions of national heroes and predecessors in the struggle to build and defend the country.

In a solemn and sacred atmosphere, the delegates expressed their determination to uphold the heroic tradition of their ancestors, continue to unite, be dynamic, creative, join hands, and unanimously promote collective intelligence, support, and consensus of the people, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term; develop the socio-economy, improve people's lives, ensure political security and social order and safety, and build Ninh Binh into a centrally-run city by 2035 with the characteristics of a millennium heritage city and a creative city.
