Based on the report of the person whose vote of confidence was sent to each provincial People's Council delegate, listening to the opinions of voters, and from their own monitoring and supervision practices, the provincial People's Council delegates discussed, promoted the sense of responsibility, evaluated impartially, objectively, accurately, and in accordance with regulations in recording the vote of confidence for each position elected by the provincial People's Council.
