This temporary housing area will be for people to stay temporarily to avoid landslides.
Authorities are coordinating to set up temporary tents to help people get down the mountain safely.
According to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Coc Lau commune, with this temporary housing area, in about 3 days, 115 people from Kho Vang village who are setting up tents on the hill will be moved down.
"Today, we invited the head of Kho Vang village to come down to see if the temporary housing area is lacking anything to continue investing and rebuilding. Only when essential needs are met will the households be moved down. Because they are staying long-term, they cannot be temporary," added Mr. Tuan.
