Provincial leaders work with TH Group on proposed investment projects

Through a survey of some locations in the province, TH Group highly appreciated and proposed to Binh Phuoc 3 large projects with investment potential, including: Golf course project combined with urban area, tourism services, resort in Minh Thang commune, Chon Thanh town; High-tech agricultural project, focusing on livestock farms and plant variety research and development center; Industrial - logistics park investment project.

At the meeting, representatives of departments, branches, units and localities of the province discussed with TH Group the databases related to the projects that the group is interested in such as: Planning, land fund, current status, contact points, preferential policies of the locality... At the same time, proposed and introduced to the group some projects calling for investment in the province that are suitable for the group's criteria.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Mi said that the province always wants potential and capable investors to come to Binh Phuoc to invest in promoting the efficiency of land use, helping the province to develop more and more. At the same time, he suggested that after the working session, the two sides soon agree on the contents of cooperation. TH Group has proposed that the Provincial People's Committee give the policy and assign the contact point to the Department of Finance and the Economic Zone Management Board. Regarding issues related to legal procedures, the Provincial People's Committee will direct the resolution, and at the same time commit to accompany businesses to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles.
