Bringing traditional art closer to the public
In the summer of 2024, VinWonders Nam Hoi An continues to confidently invite the Traditional Art Troupe of Bac Tra My district to participate in the summer festival tour to serve tourists.
Ms. Doan Thi Xuan Hanh - Head of Quang Nam Dance Association, is the program director of Bac Tra My Traditional Art Troupe.
According to Ms. Hanh, VinWonders Nam Hoi An operates in the service industry chain, belonging to a large enterprise. Ordering performances from this unit always requires in-depth and vibrant artistic quality to attract tourists.
The high level of difficulty and professionalism is of course a challenge, but it is also a motivation for local leaders and the team working on culture and arts in Bac Tra My to strive for more and more perfection. The core goal is to preserve and maintain the cultural identity of the indigenous people.
“Participating in the 2024 summer tour at VinWonders Nam Hoi An, the Bac Tra My Traditional Art Troupe built the script and program structure based on the cultural identity of the Co people, flexibly preserving the original identity while creating interaction with tourists. Throughout the troupe's tour, there were always a large number of tourists coming to enjoy and interact with singing, dancing, and playing gongs and drums,” Ms. Xuan Hanh shared.
According to Mr. Duong Linh, a young Co extra in Tra Kot commune, touring at VinWonders Nam Hoi An is an interesting and practical experience promoting the cultural identity of the Co ethnic group to tourists.
“The excitement and enjoyment of tourists with the dances, folk songs, musical instruments, costumes, etc. from the troupe's performance makes me feel very proud, and gives me more motivation to preserve, maintain and promote the national cultural identity,” said Mr. Duong Linh.
According to a manager of VinWonders Nam Hoi An, the unit rarely maintains multiple cooperation with a group or locality in implementing annual summer cultural and artistic activities. Because actual needs require novelty, limiting repetition to serve tourists with better quality services.
As for the Bac Tra My Traditional Art Troupe, it is an exception. Summer 2024 is the third time that VinWonders Nam Hoi An has cooperated to perform. All tours of the Bac Tra My troupe have created unique and memorable impressions and highlights for tourists.
