Signing of cooperation between Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee and Can Tho University

On the morning of September 13, the Provincial People's Committee and Can Tho University (CTU) held a signing ceremony of cooperation to effectively promote the potential and strengths of each side, responding to the development trend and proactively integrating. Comrade Nguyen Long Bien , member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Prof. Dr. Tran Ngoc Hai, Vice Rector of Can Tho University chaired the signing ceremony. Attending the signing ceremony were Comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
