Khanh Hoa provides legal support for small and medium enterprises

The Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, the Provincial Cooperative Union, and Khanh Hoa VCCI are the focal points for receiving legal problems and other legal advice needs of small and medium enterprises.

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just developed a plan to provide legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises in the province for the period 2024 - 2025. Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requests relevant agencies, units and localities to build and upgrade the legal support section for small and medium-sized enterprises on the electronic information pages of agencies, units and localities, on newspapers and radio to post and disseminate new information on domestic laws, foreign laws, international laws, legal risk warnings and documents and policies related to small and medium-sized enterprises in the fields and areas under their management.

The Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, the Provincial Cooperative Union, and the Khanh Hoa VCCI are assigned as the focal points to receive legal problems and other legal advice needs of small and medium enterprises. The focal points are responsible for forwarding requests to competent state management agencies for responses to enterprises.

The Department of Justice shall preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises; the Provincial Cooperative Union; Khanh Hoa VCCI and relevant agencies and units to organize for small and medium enterprises to participate in programs and activities to foster legal knowledge for managers, executives, persons in charge of legal work and employees of small and medium enterprises organized by the Ministry of Justice; disseminate a system of lectures and electronic documents providing legal knowledge on investment, business, and necessary international commitments for small and medium enterprises developed by the Ministry of Justice and posted on media and social networks.

The Department of Information and Communications coordinates with the Provincial People's Court and relevant agencies and units to update the column on court judgments and decisions; judgments and decisions of commercial arbitration; decisions on handling competition cases; and publicize these documents according to regulations.

Departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications in updating the column on decisions on handling administrative violations related to enterprises that are allowed to be publicized and come into effect; response documents of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and provincial People's Committees regarding legal problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of applying the law in the field and scope of management...
