Urgently complete compensation and site clearance for the National Highway 14E Renovation and Upgrade Project

Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee requested localities to focus on directing the implementation of compensation, support and resettlement tasks; completely complete compensation, site clearance and hand over the entire site to Project Management Board 4 to organize construction to ensure the set progress.

Localities and functional sectors are required to focus on directing the resolution of difficulties and problems in the implementation process according to their authority; in cases beyond their authority, they must promptly report to the Department of Agriculture and Environment for research, guidance, resolution or advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct and handle.

The Provincial People's Committee requests Quang Nam Electricity Company, Quang Nam Telecommunications, Viettel Quang Nam, Quang Nam Water Supply and Drainage Joint Stock Company to urgently coordinate with the locality, Project Management Board 4, and related units to review and relocate the electricity system, telecommunication cables, and clean water supply systems managed by their units that are affected by the National Highway 14E Renovation and Upgrade Project so that Project Management Board 4 can promptly implement the construction and complete the project before April 30, 2025.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with relevant sectors and units to study the recommendations of Project Management Board 4 to the Provincial People's Committee regarding the issuance of a land price frame for resettlement of the Tea Garden, resettlement in Tan Binh town (Hiep Duc) and instructions on compensation for households outside the land clearance line for consideration, guidance, and handling according to the provisions of law and reply to localities and units; report and advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider and resolve matters under its authority...
