Discover Hang En Waterfall in the most beautiful season of the year

Hang En Waterfall is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the Central Highlands, known as the "fairy of the sacred forest", K50 waterfall is located at the source of the Con River, on the border between Gia Lai and Binh Dinh, in Kbang district (Gia Lai), about 80km from the center of Pleiku city.

Hang En Waterfall is about 54 m high, depending on the season, the waterfall is from 20m to 100m wide. From inside the mountain, the waterfall flows rapidly and strongly down the long stream. Hidden in the sacred forest, perhaps because of that, the waterfall still retains its wild, majestic beauty, untouched by human hands. With a large amount of water, the waterfall flows vertically, creating mist.

Visitors can travel from the center of Hoai Nhon district, Binh Dinh province towards Xuan Phong about 20km, then turn onto the road leading to An Toan commune, An Lao district about 5km and stop at milestone number 10. From here, you have to walk into the forest road, taking about more than 3 hours, passing small winding roads, steep slopes, to see this majestic waterfall with your own eyes.

The best time of year to conquer K50 waterfall is from March to June every year because the weather is sunny, dry, with little rain but not too dry.

Before conquering K50 waterfall, you need to make an appointment in advance with the forest ranger registration office of Kon Chu Rang conservation area, check the weather forecast to avoid rainy days, prepare essential items for the trip through the forest such as tents, sleeping bags, food, drinking water... The road to get here has to overcome many difficulties and dangers, but the gift of heaven and earth will be a harmony of water, rocks and trees...
