On the morning of July 6, at Nguyen Van Cu Cadre Training School, the Inspectorate Cadre School coordinated with the Provincial Inspectorate to organize the opening ceremony of a training course on skills in receiving citizens, handling petitions and complaints, and resolving denunciations; preventing and combating corruption and negativity, implementing democracy at the grassroots level, and internal inspection and audit in 2023.
Attending the event were Mr. Cao Tuong Huy, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the Provincial Inspectorate, the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee; representatives of provincial departments and branches and officials in charge of citizen reception work in 13 districts, towns and cities in the province.
The training course on skills in receiving citizens, handling petitions and complaints, resolving denunciations; preventing and combating corruption, negativity, implementing democracy at the grassroots level and internal inspection and audit in 2023 will take place over 2 days from July 6 to 7, 2023. Speaking at the opening of the training course, Comrade Cao Tuong Huy, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: In recent years, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee have always paid attention to directing and identifying the work of receiving citizens, handling petitions, resolving complaints and denunciations; and the work of preventing and combating corruption as the key tasks of each level and each sector. Through assessment, it can be seen that the work of receiving citizens, handling petitions, resolving complaints and denunciations has had positive changes. The maintenance of a common citizen reception schedule for the entire provincial, district, and commune levels has been seriously implemented. The Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that through the training course, it will contribute to supplementing and improving the capacity of the staff and civil servants of the Inspection sector; promoting the effectiveness and efficiency, and performing well the tasks of inspection, handling complaints and denunciations, and preventing and combating corruption of inspection organizations in the province.
