In the first 6 months of the working year (from October 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024), civil enforcement agencies in the province have resolved 1,671 cases and VND 120,825 billion, reaching 77.6% of cases and 34.5% of money out of the total number of cases and money with conditions for enforcement.
In particular, the enforcement of judgments on state budget revenues achieved positive results. The civil enforcement agency in the province has completed 1,165 cases, collecting 6.14 billion VND, reaching 83.2% of cases and 44.5% of money out of the total number of cases and money eligible for enforcement. Compared to the same period in 2023, the amount collected for the state budget decreased by 7.7%.

Regarding the work of monitoring the execution of administrative judgments, 10 cases have been completed, 15 cases have not been completed and will be transferred to the next period for monitoring. Of these, 6 cases have decisions to monitor and 9 cases have not yet had decisions to monitor the execution of administrative judgments.
Coordination between localities, agencies and units in the enforcement of civil judgments continues to be carried out closely and seriously, achieving positive results. Verification of judgment enforcement and requests for coordination in applying security measures and enforcement measures have been responded to and supported by relevant agencies.
In the last 6 months of 2024, the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department will continue to streamline the organization and apparatus; continue to closely and resolutely manage, direct and operate; tighten administrative discipline and order; strengthen political and ideological education, train moral qualities, sense of responsibility, and professional qualities of civil judgment enforcement officers and focus on synchronously implementing solutions to further improve the quality and rate of settlement of cases and money over the total number of cases and money with conditions for enforcement.
