(Dan Tri) - In November, 77 plots of land in Thanh Oai and Hoai Duc districts (Hanoi) will be auctioned, starting at 5.3 million VND/m2 and 7.3 million VND/m2.
The announcement of land use rights auction for 32 plots of land (LK05 and LK06), belonging to the Technical Infrastructure project auctioning land use rights in Tien Yen commune - Long Khuc field, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi has just been released.
The plots of land have an area of 97-172 m2/plot with a starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2. The deposit for the plots of land ranges from nearly 142 million VND to nearly 252 million VND.
The auction format and method is by direct voting in multiple rounds according to the ascending price method. The auction will be held at 8:00 a.m. on November 11 at the hall of the Hoai Duc District Culture, Information and Sports Center (Tram Troi Town, Hoai Duc District).
Previously, Hoai Duc district also announced the auction of 20 land plots (Lot LK01 and LK02), belonging to the Technical Infrastructure project to auction land use rights in Tien Yen commune - Long Khuc field.

The auction will be held on November 4 at the hall of the Hoai Duc District Culture, Information and Sports Center. The plots of land to be auctioned have an area of 89-145 m2/plot with a starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2. The deposit for the plots ranges from 130.8 million to nearly 212.6 million VND.
The auction is a direct voting method with a minimum of 6 rounds of ascending bids. The common step price for all plots of land is 6 million VND/m2.
The announcement of the first auction of land use rights for 25 plots of land in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi has just been released.
The plots of land to be auctioned have an area of 83-157 m2/plot with a starting price of 5.3 million VND/m2. The deposit for the plots ranges from 88 million VND to 166 million VND.
Auction form and method: auction each plot of land by direct secret ballot in multiple rounds according to the ascending price method. The auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. on November 16 at Thanh Oai District Gymnasium.
Previously, on August 10, Thanh Oai district successfully organized an auction of 68 land plots in Ngo Ba area, Thanh Than village, Thanh Cao commune (Thanh Oai, Hanoi), with an area of 60-85m2 with starting prices from VND8.6 million/m2 to VND12.5 million/m2. The auction attracted 4,600 applications, but only 4,201 applications were qualified.
However, after that, only 13 lots that won the auction paid the full amount. 55 lots did not pay, including the lot with the highest winning price.
On August 19, Hoai Duc district organized an auction of 19 land lots in LK03 and LK04 areas of Long Khuc village, Tien Yen commune. After 20 hours with 9 rounds of bidding, land lot LK03-12 had the highest winning price of up to 133.3 million VND/m2, more than 18 times higher than the starting price. This land lot has an area of 113m2, so the total value of the whole lot is 15 billion VND.
Other plots of land have winning prices from 91.3 million VND/m2 to 127.3 million VND/m2.
