Ms. Loan said: Pigs raised in the organic direction have a wide range of outputs, bringing higher income, so every year the family increases the scale of farming to meet market demand.

In addition to the organic agriculture direction, many farmers in the province are focusing on applying scientific and technological advances in production and processing stages to increase productivity and quality. A typical example is the high-tech shrimp farming model of Mr. Dang Ba Manh, Hai Hoa commune (Cam Pha city). Mr. Manh said: "This shrimp farming model is built on a total area of ​​6 hectares, of which 4 hectares are for water treatment and storage, 2 hectares of shrimp ponds including 12 ponds with an area of ​​500-1,000m2/pond. The shrimp farming technology we apply is very advanced in 3 stages and is raised in improved canvas houses. With the application of high technology, environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, etc. will be strictly controlled. Thereby helping shrimp grow well, prevent diseases and be raised year-round".

Along with the application of science and technology and the choice of safe farming to increase the value of agricultural products, many farming households are also taking advantage of the potential and advantages of agriculture to develop eco-tourism. The fruit garden of Mr. Vu Minh Thuong, Son Duong commune (Ha Long city) is an example. With an area for growing perennial fruit trees and a large garden area, in recent years, Mr. Thuong has shifted to investing in an experiential tourism model. He has renovated the garden house, planted more flowers and ornamental plants, dug a pond, and built a fishing hut. He also uses the garden to grow vegetables and raise chickens to provide food for tourists in need. Thanks to this direction, his farm has become a regular destination for tourists every weekend. Mr. Thuong said: In Son Duong commune, many households have caught up with the trend to develop agricultural tourism. We also work together to establish experience points to meet the needs of tourists and increase income, sustainable development.

Through new models and modern, safe farming methods, members and farmers in the province have gradually changed their thinking, shifting from traditional agricultural production to agricultural economics. From the innovation in people's thinking and working methods, in recent years, agricultural production has had positive changes, many models of planting, raising livestock, and aquaculture have brought about outstanding economic efficiency.

In addition, the Association at all levels will also promote the construction and development of effective economic models, prioritizing new models with high economic value, applying science and technology, clean and safe production. With the direction of agricultural tourism, the Association is also encouraging people to focus on exploiting the existing strengths of production areas, preserving and promoting cultural identity, protecting natural landscapes and the environment as well as building accompanying products that are attractive enough to attract tourists.

To support members and farmers, the Farmers' Association at all levels is currently maintaining loan channels through bank trust and the Farmers' Support Fund. These include economic models that apply science, organic production, VietGAP, and projects that are linked to production.
