Present at the construction site of the Phuc Loc residential area technical infrastructure project (phase 2) in Hung Ha town, we clearly felt the urgent working atmosphere of the staff and workers here. Although it was cold and rainy outside, everyone shared the same determination to complete the project on schedule.
Mr. Ha Van Hau, a worker at Thuy Son Construction Investment Company Limited, said: To ensure construction progress, my colleagues and I are determined to speed up, ensure progress and quality of the project, even if we have to work overtime or night shifts.
The Phuc Loc residential area technical infrastructure project has a total area of 73 hectares, a total investment of over 152 billion VND, and will be implemented from October 2024. Up to now, Thuy Son Construction Investment Company Limited has completed 70% of the leveling and road construction items. At the same time, the construction of a bridge over the An Dong - Kim Trung canal is underway.
Mr. Tran Van Duc, project manager, said: During the construction process, the unit received active support from the locality in site clearance. To speed up the progress, the Company mobilized 50 machines of various types and nearly 60 workers to construct with the highest competitive spirit, determined to speed up to ensure progress. At the same time, it focused on closely monitoring to ensure construction quality and environmental sanitation.

One of the projects that is significant to the socio-economic development of Hung Ha district is being focused on accelerating the construction progress to soon complete and put into use, which is the road project connecting provincial road DT.452 through Duyen Hai commune (Hung Ha) to Chau Son commune (Quynh Phu) with a length of 4.2km and a total cost of 172 billion VND.
Mr. Truong Van Doan, Dong Bac Construction Company Limited said: Determining this is the main route leading to the Wyndham Duyen Hai commercial, accommodation and hot spring complex, taking advantage of favorable weather, we urgently deployed the construction items of phase 1 including road surface, drainage ditch, bridge over Ta Sa river, drainage culvert, embankment to reinforce the slope... Currently, the value of the completed volume of the project is about 45%, we strive to complete the project on schedule.
Mr. Nguyen Kim Ngu, Duyen Hai commune shared: In previous years, the road was seriously degraded, making it very difficult to travel. But now everyone is happy because the road has been widened, making it easier for people to travel. With the new road, we have renovated our houses together, and life has become much more bustling.
In 2024, Hung Ha district will have 8 new projects starting construction; 19 projects transferred from previous years; 4 projects completed, handed over and put into use. The progress of the projects is important, deciding the completion of technical infrastructure and promoting socio-economic development.
Mr. Dinh Thanh Luan, Director of the District Construction Investment Project Management Board, said: In order for the projects to be completed and put into use soon, ensuring quality, avoiding loss and waste, the Project Management Board always strictly follows the basic construction investment process according to the provisions of the Construction Law and related documents; regularly sends staff to the construction site to coordinate with the supervising unit to strictly control the process and quality of the project during the construction process; promptly grasp the existing problems and propose to competent authorities to remove difficulties, creating the most favorable conditions for contractors during the construction process. In the coming time, the Project Management Board will continue to urge contractors to focus on maximum human resources, means, and materials to speed up the construction progress to soon put the projects into use, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the district as well as meeting the expectations of the people.
