Giving gifts to poor students in Quang Ngai province on October 15
From 2016 to now, after 8 years of accompanying poor students in remote areas of the country, the "School Soymilk" program implemented by the Vietnam Soymilk Promotion Fund and Vinasoy has given nearly 12.6 million boxes of Fami soymilk to more than 886,000 students of 1,580 schools in 19 remote provinces of the country. The total support value is more than 45.1 billion VND.
Ms. Bui Thi Hoa, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society, spoke at the opening ceremony of the "Soymilk for Schools" program.
In the 2000s, with funding from the US Department of Agriculture and a cooperation agreement with the American Red Cross through the governing body of the Vietnam Red Cross (VNRC), Vinasoy was designated as the sole supplier of Fami soy milk for the school milk project in Vietnam.
Accordingly, Vinasoy has had a long-term cooperation with the Vietnam Red Cross Society to bring healthy nutrition from nature to the community, especially to poor students over the years.

In Quang Ngai province alone, the program will provide 264,840 boxes of soymilk (worth more than 1.2 billion VND) to 10 primary schools in 2 mountainous districts of Tra Bong and Son Tay.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tuan, Permanent Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee, said that the effective operation of the Vietnam Soy Milk Scholarship Fund has contributed to improving the health of Vietnamese students, especially primary school students. This program has great humanitarian and social significance.
"Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee hopes to receive long-term support from the Vietnam Soymilk Education Promotion Fund in the "School Soymilk" program and other social security activities in the following years," said Mr. Tuan.
