Over 140 million VND to support 12 households to escape poverty

Ms. Vo Thi Man, Standing Deputy Secretary of Phu My Ward Party Committee, gives gifts to poor households.

In particular, HD Bank Phu My branch supported 100 million VND to repair the house of Mr. Nguyen Van Nhe (Group 11, Tan Ngoc Ward) and Mrs. Le Thi Thuy (Group 8, Tan Phu Ward). 3 enterprises including Quy Tien Environmental Company Limited, Nam Trung Design and Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company, and Mobile World Hospital Store, Tan Ngoc Ward sponsored 3 poor households with a support of 1 million VND/month.

Mr. Tran Kien Nghi, Director of HD Bank Phu My branch (right) presented a symbolic plaque donating the cost of repairing 2 solidarity houses to Mr. Tran Minh Hoang, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Phu My ward.

Phu My Ward has 12 poor households meeting provincial standards. According to Ms. Vo Thi Man, Standing Deputy Secretary of Phu My Ward Party Committee, implementing the poverty reduction plan in the first quarter of 2025, Phu My Ward will have no more poor households. The above gift-giving activity aims to support people with livelihoods, and to be more optimistic in life.
