BBK - On the morning of April 11, the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Bac Kan province held a conference to announce the Decision on personnel work. Attending the conference were comrades: Nguyen Dang Binh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Dinh Quang Tuyen, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Conference to announce the Decision on personnel work of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee.

At the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Dang Binh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented the Decision to transfer Comrade Truong Van Vinh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission to work at the Provincial Party Committee, appointing him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025 and participating in the Inspection Commission, holding the position of Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025, from April 10, 2025.

Comrade Nguyen Dang Binh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee spoke at the Conference.

In his speech assigning tasks, comrade Nguyen Dang Binh praised the achievements of comrade Truong Van Vinh in the process of self-cultivation and training. In his new position, he requested that he continue to promote a high sense of responsibility, build a united collective, be an exemplary leader, strive to overcome difficulties and challenges to organize and well perform the assigned functions, tasks and powers, and build a clean, strong and comprehensively developed Provincial Party Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Dang Binh, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented the Decision to transfer Comrade Truong Van Vinh to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Truong Van Vinh promised to strive and train in all aspects, together with the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to unite, innovate and be creative to perform well the assigned tasks, and together with the collective to build an increasingly clean and strong Party organization, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
