Members of the Gia Lai Province Senior Journalists Club are members of the Vietnam Journalists Association who have retired and are working at press agencies, local departments and branches and voluntarily join the Club. In addition, according to the organization and operation regulations, senior journalists who are not members of the Vietnam Journalists Association and are living in the province and wish to join the Club will also be considered for admission as members.

The Club's Executive Board consists of 3 members: Mr. Tran Thanh Khiet - former Head of the Party and Political Affairs Department (Gia Lai Provincial Police) as Chairman of the Club; Mr. Tran Dinh Mui - former Deputy Head of the Program Department of Gia Lai Provincial Radio and Television Station as Vice Chairman of the Club and Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - former Announcer of Gia Lai Provincial Radio and Television Station as member.
The Senior Journalists Club is a social organization under the Gia Lai Provincial Journalists Association, under the direction and management of the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Gia Lai Provincial Journalists Association; operating according to the charter of the Vietnam Journalists Association and the resolutions, programs and work plans of the Provincial Journalists Association. According to the regulations and organization of activities, annually, the Executive Committee develops an activity plan and the Club organizes activities every 6 months.
The Club was established to maintain emotional ties and bonds, create conditions for members to continue participating in press activities and Association activities; strengthen the close relationship between the Association and its members, contributing to building a strong Association.
