Delegates attending the 50th Provincial Party Standing Committee Conference.
Attending the conference were comrades: Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; representatives of the Office and Central Party Committees; Standing Committee of the People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of provincial departments and branches. The conference was organized online to the district Party Committees.
At the conference, delegates discussed and gave their opinions on the design of the commune health station model under the Investment Program for Developing the Primary Health Network in Difficult Areas. Through the opinions of the delegates, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee basically agreed with the design unit's model but requested that during the investment and construction process, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee review the total area to ensure the area including the auxiliary works of the health station, in accordance with the general planning of the localities.

Giving opinions on the Plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Resolution No. 41-NQ/TW, dated October 10, 2023 of the Politburo on building and promoting the role of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the new period, Provincial Party Secretary Chau Van Lam requested relevant units to complete the plan in a focused and key direction, ensuring the requirements of the Politburo.
At the same time, review the objectives, tasks and solutions of the Resolution to suit the reality of the province; have orientations for business development in industries, fields and localities to build a strong, qualified and responsible team of entrepreneurs for the development of the locality. The province encourages and creates conditions for the establishment of large enterprises, corporations and large economic groups of the province.

Delegates discussed the draft Plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Conclusion No. 72-KL/TW, dated February 23, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 13-NQ/TW, dated January 16, 2012 of the 11th Party Central Committee on building synchronous infrastructure to turn our country into an industrialized country in a modern direction.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also gave direct comments on the document on the following contents: Draft Report summarizing 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW, dated June 9, 2014 of the Party Central Committee (11th tenure) on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development; Draft Decision and Plan of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to inspect the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of Project No. 02-DA/TU, dated May 23, 2021 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.
