Speaking at the closing ceremony, Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Le Tan Dung congratulated 462 teachers who successfully completed their presentations at the 2024 National Vocational Education Teachers' Conference.
The Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs affirmed that the quality of the lectures at this year's Teaching Conference was meticulously prepared, methodical, thoughtful and outstanding. The teachers of the participating delegations are all very passionate about their profession, dedicated and highly qualified. In particular, there is a new teacher who is 24 years old, has been in the profession for 2 years but has excellently passed the basic rounds to participate in the National Teaching Conference for Vocational Education Teachers in 2024.

Through the Teaching Conference, it can be seen that teachers have made efforts to change their pedagogical thinking and teaching methods. Many teachers are typical examples of innovation, creativity, adaptation and integration in terms of expertise and teaching methods. These efforts, along with the enthusiasm and passion of teachers in their presentations, are vivid evidence of the consensus and determination of the teaching staff who always stand side by side with the entire vocational education system in the cause of national development.

At the closing ceremony, 150 teachers with outstanding achievements (including 25 First prizes, 50 Second prizes, 75 Third prizes) at the Teaching Conference were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
In addition, 6 groups that won the overall prize were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. Of which, the Hanoi group won the overall prize with 6 first prizes, 14 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 6 consolation prizes.
In addition, 7 individuals and 4 units with outstanding achievements in organizing the Teaching Conference also received Certificates of Merit from the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

On this occasion, the Director General of the General Department of Vocational Education awarded Certificates of Merit to 25 teachers who effectively applied information technology and digital transformation; 25 teachers who effectively used homemade equipment and 201 teachers who won consolation prizes.
The Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union also presented Certificates of Merit to 15 young teachers with outstanding achievements at the Teaching Conference.
