The Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee is a grassroots Party Committee of the administrative type, with the political task of advising and serving the Provincial Party Committee in leading and directing comprehensively the work of Party building, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; socio-economics; national defense - security and foreign affairs in the locality. The Party Committee currently has 4 subordinate Party cells, with 53 Party members.
Ms. Huynh Thi Hong Nhung - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office said that the Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee always receives attention and timely direction from the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee working at the Party Committee; solidarity, unity, awareness and sense of responsibility of the comrades of the Party Executive Committee; good coordination between the Party Committee and the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office, favorable conditions in organizing, studying, thoroughly grasping and building action programs, plans to organize the implementation of resolutions and directives of the Party and the direct superior Party Committee, are important factors contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term of the Party Committee.
Leaders perform political tasks well
In particular, during the past term, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office led the agency to well perform the unit's political tasks, actively and proactively advised and served the Party Committee to successfully complete the Resolution of the year and the entire term.
Mr. Pham Hung Thai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, said that during the past term, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office led the Provincial Party Committee Office to promote the tradition of solidarity and unity, focusing on advising the Party Committee to lead and direct, and achieving comprehensive results in all aspects of work. The quality and content of the advice have been increasingly improved, meeting the requirements of the new period.
In particular, actively coordinated with agencies and units to advise the Provincial Party Executive Committee to successfully organize the 11th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025; advised the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025.
The Party Committee also coordinated with the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office to focus on advising on the implementation of Resolution No. 02-NQ/TU, dated January 26, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee on digital transformation of Tay Ninh province to 2025 and orientation to 2030; implementing and completing the Information Technology Application Project of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, period 2021-2025; deploying software and applications for 100% of agencies, units, civil servants of the Party and mass organizations and connecting with State administrative agencies (document management software (eGov); paperless meeting software; Tay Ninh Smart; civil servant management software).
As a result, every year, the Provincial Party Committee Office is assessed by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to have fulfilled its tasks well or better. Of which, from 2020 to 2023, it fulfilled its tasks well, and in 2024, it fulfilled its tasks excellently.
Leaders comprehensively implement the work of building a strong Party organization
Political and ideological work has been regularly carried out. The Party Committee has organized for 100% of Party members to study and thoroughly grasp the resolutions and directives of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee of the Bloc; promptly informed Party members of the Party's guidelines and policies and State laws; focused on grasping the thoughts and aspirations of Party members and the masses, encouraging cadres and Party members to work with peace of mind and complete assigned tasks well.
The study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle and annual topics, associated with the implementation of resolutions and conclusions of the 4th Central Conference (term XI, XII, XIII) on Party building and rectification and the political system, have been promoted, becoming a widespread political activity within the Party; creating a clear change in the contingent of cadres and party members in practicing thrift, preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity.
During the term, the Provincial Party Committee Office commended 44 party members for their excellent performance in completing their tasks.
The organizational structure of the Provincial Party Committee Office has been gradually improved and arranged; the rotation and transfer of cadres and civil servants have been strictly implemented in accordance with their capacity and expertise.
Personnel work has been implemented seriously and closely; personnel policies and regimes have been implemented promptly. Innovation and improvement of the agency's operational efficiency and innovation of the Party Committee's leadership methods have brought about practical results.
In which, leaders, cadres, party members, civil servants, and workers carry out assigned tasks according to the 4 clear viewpoints: clear work, clear people, clear progress, clear results, and 3 correct: correct responsibility; correct authority; correct records and procedures.
Also during the past term, the Party Committee led the Trade Union Executive Committee, coordinated with the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office to mobilize funds, creating conditions for cadres, party members, civil servants, and workers to participate in social security work and gratitude activities.
During the term, mobilized cadres, civil servants and workers to contribute to the Fund for the Poor every year; supported people in the northern provinces affected by storm No. 3 in 2024; mobilized 650 million VND and 2,500 bags of cement to build 2 charity houses, 1 gratitude house, gave 130 Tet gifts and supported the construction of 5 rural traffic routes in the province.
Ms. Huynh Thi Hong Nhung added that in the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee set the goal of building a united and unified Party Committee to successfully complete its tasks; at the same time, advising and serving the provincial Party Committee in leading and directing the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 12th National Congress, term 2025-2030.
Promoting the results achieved in the past term, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Office continues to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, determination to lead and direct the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 6th Party Congress, term 2025-2030, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 12th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, together with the whole country entering a new era, the era of national growth.
