After completing the acquisition of Tia Sang Battery, Duc Giang Chemicals JSC has just approved a plan to purchase 100% of the capital at Phosphorus 6 JSC. The expected share value is 635 billion VND and the transaction will be carried out in the second quarter of 2023. Duc Giang Chemicals said that the acquisition of Phosphorus 6 will create a deep processing product chain for 3PO4 products, Sodium Tripoly Phosphate - STPP (Na5P3O10)..., at the same time exporting Phosphorus and increasing revenue for the group.

Phosphorus 6 Joint Stock Company is located at Lot B24, B24A, Tang Loong Industrial Park, Tang Loong Town, Bao Thang District, Lao Cai Province. The company's facilities currently include a yellow phosphorus furnace with a capacity of 9,800 tons/year. The company's charter capital is 363 billion VND.

Duc Giang Chemicals' plan to acquire 100% of Phot Pho 6's capital took place right after this unit bought 3,440,252 shares of Tia Sang Battery JSC (TSB), increasing its ownership ratio from 0% to 51% of charter capital.

Duc Giang Chemicals's consecutive acquisitions of other companies in 2023 have attracted the attention of investors. Because this year, coincidentally, is also the year that Duc Giang Chemicals has to set its business plan backward.

Specifically, the unit's revenue in 2023 is expected to be VND 10,875 billion, down 24.7% over the same period, and its after-tax profit is expected to be only VND 3,000 billion, down 50.3% compared to what was achieved in 2022.
