In a group of 30 to 40 people, the leader assigned me to manage him but he deviated from that path. It is one thing for me to impose discipline, but other players also look at it. Then one day if he is unfortunately involved in a problem like the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Club, I will be the first to suffer.

I hope the players take that as an example to improve. The most important thing is that their parents and family benefit, but how famous they are and how much money they make is their business. I don't care."
