Accordingly, similar to the phones in the S24 series, the Galaxy S24 FE will have a flat frame (different from the slightly curved frame of the S23 FE). The device has dimensions of 162.06 x 77.36 x 8.05 mm, longer, wider and thinner than the previous model (158.0 x 76.5 x 8.2 mm of the S23 FE).
The front of the phone has a thick screen border, especially the bottom part, along with a punch-hole selfie camera in the middle and a speaker above the screen.
The S24 FE is expected to feature a 6.65-inch AMOLED display and it is likely that the device will feature an Exynos 2400 chip (which scored 2,047 in the single-core test and 6,289 in the multi-core test on Geekbench). The Exynos chip is expected to power the S24 FE devices released globally.
The back of the device comes with a triple-lens camera cluster and flash. The triple rear camera system includes: a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and an 8MP/10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. Both the main camera and telephoto camera support optical image stabilization (OIS).
The device has 12GB of RAM, pre-installed One UI 6.1 interface based on Android 14 with Galaxy AI features. The device is expected to have a 4500 mAh battery, 25W fast charging and 15W wireless charging.
Previous leaks have suggested that Samsung’s next Fan Edition will come in a black color option. In addition, the smartphone will also come in other color options such as: Gray, light blue, light green, and yellow.
According to Phonearena, the Galaxy S24 FE will launch later this year, but there are also sources saying it will be early 2025. The phone will likely be available in select markets later this year and more widely available next year.
