Thousands of young people participate in "Connect Fest" 2025

With a distance of about 2.8km, the race within the framework of Connect Fest this year attracted more than 1,200 athletes, competing in 2 individual events for men and women.

From 7 to 8 a.m. on January 5, athletes competed at Thong Nhat Park (Hanoi). In the photo is the female athlete who won the women's individual event of the race.

Representatives of the Organizing Committee of the Festival awarded First, Second and Third prizes in 2 categories to the excellent athletes with the shortest competition time.

Immediately after that, the early morning atmosphere at Tran Nhan Tong Walking Street continued to be "heated up" with songs about student traditions. In the photo: Singer Lam Phuc with the song "Tu nguyen".

Thousands of students attended Connect Fest 2025 on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Traditional Day. The festival was jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association, the Hanoi Youth Union, the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade and related units.

Representatives of the Organizing Committee and related units performed the opening ceremony of the Festival. This is a highlight activity, held once a year by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association.

At the Festival, the Organizing Committee opened the 2nd High School Union Cadre Training Camp Competition in 2025 to find outstanding and outstanding factors to help build a strong Union organization.

Connect Fest 2025 is divided into 5 areas, corresponding to the criteria of the "5 Good Students" movement, specifically: Good ethics, Good study, Good volunteering, Good physical strength, Good integration.

In the Good Volunteer area this year, young people had the initiative to mobilize used stuffed animals to clean, renew and give to children in remote areas and areas with difficult economic conditions across the country.

Coming to the Good Study area, many young people choose to ask for calligraphy for luck, to increase their will to strive to study and practice in the new school year.

This year, the Good Fitness area is designed spaciously with many experiential activities such as scoring basketball and receiving gifts. This is also one of the areas that attracts the most students during the Festival.

In particular, the sport of pickleball is also included in the Festival, thereby creating excitement and enthusiasm for young people who are passionate about trying their hand at sports.

The meaningful wishes that young people sent to Connect Fest are also messages and reminders for themselves in the new year 2025.

Folk dances of countries around the world are recreated with excitement at the Festival.

Many young people in national costumes were present at the "Good Integration" area, contributing to promoting the friendship between Vietnam and international friends to students in the capital.
