The new feature of this year's Pho Festival is that in addition to the content of interacting with artisans, enjoying pho, and pho cooking performances, visitors can also explore pho culture through AI technology. For the first time, AI technology has been used to advise and support customers in a culinary festival. The organizers applied AI - Chatbot technology in the event to enhance the experience of attendees, optimize the organization process and support event promotion. This AI technology is located at the information counter area, to advise customers in finding the booth and pho dish they want.

The program is expected to be a bridge to honor and connect businesses, craft villages, and brands to promote cuisine to the people of the capital, domestic tourists, and international friends.

Pho Festival 2025 takes place from now until April 20.
