Hai Duong experienced the hottest day since the beginning of April this year.

Many people in Hai Duong City went out at noon on April 15 and clearly felt the heat.

In the morning, the average temperature in the province is around 18 - 20 degrees Celsius. From around 12 - 13:30, the temperature reaches 31 - 33 degrees Celsius.

According to the leader of the provincial Hydrometeorological Station, April 15 was the day with the highest temperature since the beginning of April. This weather pattern may continue for the next few days.

Compared to the same period last year, this year's temperature is about 0.5 - 1 degree Celsius higher. This weather pattern is completely normal when from mid-April every year onwards, low pressure areas from the west will form and move eastward, causing hot weather.

Hai Duong City Transport Enterprise uses water spraying trucks on some streets in the inner city to reduce air pollution during hot weather.

The provincial Hydrometeorological Station forecasts that from April 21 to 22, a continental high pressure mass will move from north to south, compressing the hot air mass from the west moving eastward.

Therefore, these days in Hai Duong area, it may be sunny with the highest temperature during the day around 35 degrees Celsius, approaching the threshold of hot weather.

From April 16 to 20, the sunshine will continue with the highest temperature of the day at around 32 - 33 degrees Celsius.
