On the morning of February 19, 2024, the Center for Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism of Ha Trung district opened a reading room for books and newspapers for the Spring of Giap Thin 2024.
200 publications and newspapers "Celebrating the Party - Celebrating the Year of the Dragon 2024" published achievements in socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security of the country, the province, and the district in 2023 and typical publications, cultural traditions, and history of the district were displayed and introduced to the public.
At the ceremony, the District Center for Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism awarded 10 prizes to 10 readers who actively came to read at the District Library in the past time.
