(Dan Tri) - Hanoi People's Committee reclaimed 15,087 square meters of land at plot B1CC4 currently in use by THT Development Company Limited and leased it to VIESTA Company Limited.
On January 9, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 142 on reclaiming 15,087 square meters of land at plot B1CC4 of the Tay Ho Tay Urban Area Central Area project, Xuan Tao ward, Bac Tu Liem district, currently being used by THT Development Company Limited; to lease to VIESTA Company Limited to continue implementing Project B1CC4.
The reason for the revocation is that THT Development Company Limited has transferred part of the investment project on this land plot to VIESTA Company Limited under the Contract for transferring part of the real estate project in 2023.

Hanoi People's Committee decided to lease the above-mentioned recovered land area to VIESTA Company Limited to continue implementing the B1CC4 Project in accordance with the approved objectives, contents, planning and progress of the project.
The form of land use is that the State leases land with annual payment. The term of use is calculated from the date the City People's Committee signs the Land Lease Decision until August 20, 2062. The land price for calculating the land rent payable is determined according to the land price list.
The West Lake Urban Area (Starlake) is planned on an area of over 186 hectares, within the administrative boundaries of Xuan La Ward (Tay Ho District), Nghia Do Ward (Cau Giay District), Xuan Dinh Commune and Co Nhue 1 Ward (Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi).
This project was officially started in 2014 by THT Development Co., Ltd. (under Daewoo E&C Group) as the investor with a capital scale of more than 1.3 billion USD.
According to a survey by Dan Tri reporters in November 2024, townhouses and villas at the Starlake project were advertised for sale at prices ranging from 400 million VND to over 800 million VND/m2. Apartments were also advertised for sale at prices ranging from 90 million VND to 135 million VND/m2, with some apartments priced at over 150 million VND/m2.
