The Tay Ho Tay Urban Area Central Project (commercial name Starlake Tay Ho Tay - PV) has a prime location, considered the "golden land" of the Capital. The project is implemented in the administrative boundaries of Xuan La Ward (Tay Ho District), Nghia Do (Cau Giay District), Xuan Tao and Co Nhue 1 Ward (Bac Tu Liem District), Hanoi City. The land area invested in by THT Development Company Limited (THT Company) is about 160 hectares with a total investment of more than 1.3 billion USD. |
According to the city's new land price list, Starlake Tay Ho Tay continues to be the urban area with the highest land price in Hanoi, with more than 113 million VND/m2, an increase of 225% after adjustment. |
However, according to a survey by Tien Phong reporters, this price is still many times lower than the buying and selling price on the market in recent times. At the Starlake Tay Ho Tay project, low-rise houses are being sold for about 350 million - 400 million VND/m2. |
In this urban area, the Hanoi People's Committee recently reclaimed 15,087 square meters of land at plot B1CC4 (circled in red - PV) in Xuan Tao ward, Bac Tu Liem district, which THT Company is using for VIESTA Company Limited to lease to continue implementing the B1CC4 project. The reason for the reclamation is that THT Company transferred the investment project at plot B1CC4 to VIESTA according to the transfer contract at the end of 2023. |

At the end of November 2024, the leaders of Elcom Technology - Telecommunications (HOSE: ELC) approved the policy of joining hands with another partner to receive the transfer of land lot H1CC1 with an area of over 7,500m2 with a maximum price of 215 billion VND from THT Company to invest, build, manage and operate a complex of offices, services, commercial centers, and cultural complexes in Tay Ho Tay on the above land lot. |
In 2023, THT Company also transferred to CMC Technology Group (HOSE: CMG) location B2CC3 - a land plot of more than 1.1 hectares serving the CMC creative space complex project (CMC Creative Space Hanoi). The project has a total investment capital of about 1,789 billion VND. |
Meanwhile, the project of Trade Service and Shopping Center at land lot B1CC1-2 of nearly 2.4 hectares has been transferred to Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company. |
