The project is implemented in the administrative boundaries of Xuan La Ward (Tay Ho District), Nghia Do (Cau Giay District), Xuan Tao and Co Nhue 1 Ward (Bac Tu Liem District), Hanoi City. The reason for the reclamation is that THT Company transferred the investment project at plot B1CC4 to VIESTA according to the transfer contract at the end of 2023. |

In 2023, THT Company also transferred to CMC Technology Group (HOSE: CMG) location B2CC3 - a land plot of more than 1.1 hectares serving the CMC creative space complex project (CMC Creative Space Hanoi). The project has a total investment capital of about 1,789 billion VND. |
