Tay Ho Tay Urban Area (Starlake) will have an additional project of public service complex, commercial and high-end housing. This is the newly updated information in the 2024 land use plan of Bac Tu Liem district.

Recently, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed and issued Decision No. 5894/QD-UBND on adjusting and supplementing the 2024 land use plan of Bac Tu Liem district.

Accordingly, the city has added to the 2024 land use plan list 5 projects, with an area of ​​up to 10.76 hectares. Specifically including:

1. Construction of a road connecting Nguyen Dinh Tu Street to Co Nhue Street to Road No. 10 of Bac Co Nhue - Chem urban area;

2. Building the Military Command of Dong Ngac ward;

3. Phu Dien complex project - Ecity Phu Dien in Phu Dien ward, Bac Tu Liem district;

4. Building a cultural house combined with an entertainment area at Residential Area No. 7, Phuc Dien Ward;

5. Project of public service complex, commercial combined with high-end housing in Tay Ho Tay at land lot H4HH1, Tay Ho Tay urban area.

Although the name is Tay Ho Tay, the project has administrative boundaries in 3 districts, including Xuan La ward (Tay Ho district); Nghia Do ward (Cau Giay district); Xuan Dinh ward and Co Nhue 1 ward (Bac Tu Liem district). This urban area has a prime location, near the Diplomatic Corps area, Hoa Binh park and the new administrative center of the capital - the place chosen by the Government to locate the headquarters of ministries and branches.

Currently, many apartments in the Starlake project are being sold for more than 130 million VND/m2. For the villa segment, the price is many times more expensive, ranging from 400 - 800 million VND/m2.

In addition to the supplement, Hanoi also adjusted the area of ​​land allocated in 2024 with a total area of ​​4,534.84 hectares. Of which, agricultural land is 524.13 hectares; non-agricultural land is 3,898.53 hectares; unused land is 112.18 hectares. At the same time, the additional land recovery in 2024 for agricultural land is 7.44 hectares; non-agricultural land is 7.44 hectares.

In addition, the city also adjusted the number of projects and areas recorded in Clause 4, Article 1 of Decision No. 3906/QD-UBND dated July 29, 2024 to 207 projects with a total area of ​​1,699.58 hectares.
