Currently, the Cultural House of Giang Cao Village 1 (Bat Trang Commune) is receiving about 30 people temporarily staying. Bat Trang Commune People's Committee has developed a plan to provide essential necessities to ensure people's lives in the coming time if flooding continues. The villages continue to review and mobilize households at risk to move to safe locations.
