Speaking at the conference, Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang province, directed relevant agencies to continue to study and absorb the opinions of delegates, and organize to collect people's contributions. From there, complete the plan to arrange commune-level administrative units to ensure that it is close to reality and highly feasible.
The arrangement needs to consider historical, cultural, geographical similarities and development space.
