NDO - In the trading session on December 9, investors' caution made the market quite gloomy with weak cash flow leading to the general index fluctuating slightly around the reference for most of the trading time. In this session, VCB, HVN, CTG were the main pillars helping VN-Index close in the green. At the end of the session, VN-Index increased by 3.70 points to 1,273.84 points.
On the HoSE floor, the order matching value this session decreased sharply compared to the previous session, reaching more than 12,546.44 billion VND.
Foreign investors turned to net sell 471 billion VND on HoSE. On the buying side, MSN shares were bought the most with a value of more than 45 billion VND. Next were DXG (33 billion VND), TCB (21 billion VND)... On the contrary, FPT was sold the most (360 billion VND), followed by CMG (35 billion VND), KBC (34 billion VND)...
Today's session, the VN30 group of stocks closed with 15 stocks increasing, 6 stocks remaining unchanged and 9 stocks decreasing.
Of which, VCB increased 1.17% to VND95,300/share.
Codes: BCM, BID, CTG, GAS, GVR, HDB, HPG, MBB, POW, SSB, STB, TPB, VIB, VPB increased slightly from 0.16-0.92%.
The codes that stop at the reference include: MWG, SHB, TCB, VIC, VNM, VRE.
In the opposite direction, FPT decreased 1.67% to 147,000 VND/share.
The remaining codes: ACB, BVH, MSN, PLX, SAB, SSI, VHM, VJC decreased slightly.
In terms of industry groups, only DTL in the steel group decreased by 1.96%, the rest all improved. Of which, VCA increased to the ceiling price of VND14,400/share, NKG increased by 3.42%, TLH increased by 3.39%, HSG increased by 1.34%, SMC increased by 1.18%, HMC and HPG increased slightly.
Securities stocks traded differently. On the upside, ORS increased by 4.83% to VND15,200/share, HCM increased by 1.2%, codes: AGR, CTS, FTS, VCI, VIX increased slightly. Two codes: TVB, VDS stopped at reference. On the contrary, TVS decreased by 1.67%, codes: APG, BSI, DSE, SSI, TCI, VND decreased slightly.
Banking stocks closed the session in green. In addition to the codes: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, the remaining codes: EIB increased by 1.88%, LPB decreased slightly, MSB increased slightly, OCB increased by 2.3%, NAB increased slightly.
Real estate stocks closed up slightly. Of which, the codes: FIR, HTN, LDG, TDC, VRC hit the ceiling, DXS increased by 2.91%, FDC increased by 6.04%, HAR increased by 2.13%, HDG increased by 2.81%, IJC increased by 3.32%, NTL increased by 4.05%, SCR increased by 6.11%, VSI increased by 4.82%...
Besides, industry groups such as: transportation, telecommunications, production materials, raw materials, food and beverage, and utilities also closed in green.
On the contrary, the stock industry groups: insurance, software, distribution and retail closed the session in red.
* The Vietnamese stock market index fluctuated during most of the trading session today, VNXALL-Index closed up 3.37 points (+0.16%), at 2,112.79 points. Liquidity in the whole market, with trading volume reaching 743.01 million units, equivalent to trading value reaching 16,986.83 billion VND. In the whole market, there were 236 stocks increasing in price, 98 stocks remaining unchanged and 128 stocks decreasing in price.
* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 229.21 points, up 0.28 points (+0.12%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 48.99 million units transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND909.74 billion. The entire floor had 95 stocks increasing, 62 stocks remaining unchanged and 69 stocks decreasing.
The HNX30 index closed down 1.63 points (-0.33%) to 488.80 points. Trading volume reached about 27.17 million units, with a corresponding value of more than VND649.39 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 15 stocks increasing, 7 stocks remaining unchanged and 8 stocks decreasing.
On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index increased, closing at 92.95 points, up 0.51 points (+0.55%). Market liquidity, total trading volume reached more than 41.98 million shares, corresponding trading value reached more than 512.61 billion VND. The UPCoM group of stocks ended the trading day with 181 stocks increasing, 98 stocks remaining unchanged and 95 stocks decreasing.
* At the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 3.70 points (+0.29%) to 1,273.84 points. Liquidity reached over 738.30 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND16,250.53 billion. The entire floor had 235 stocks increasing, 85 stocks remaining unchanged and 146 stocks decreasing.
The VN30 Index decreased by 1.10 points (-0.08%) to 1,336.18 points. Liquidity reached more than 214.52 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND6,657.07 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 15 stocks increasing, 6 stocks remaining unchanged and 9 stocks decreasing.
The five stocks with the highest trading volume were HAG (over 29.87 million units), VPB (over 19.95 million units), SSI (over 18.86 million units), DXG (over 16.89 million units), VIX (over 16.01 million units).
The five stocks with the highest price increase were ABS (6.99%), LDG (6.99%), HCD (6.96%), HTN (6.95%), FIR (6.84%).
The five stocks with the biggest price declines were VMD (-10.54%), TPC (-6.98%), LGC (-6.96%), TDW (-6.92%), MIG (-6.28%).
