Ms. Pham Thi Thao (Yen Son, Quoc Oai) said that from 5 am, she and her family members went to the field to plant rice. "My family has 4 sao, the weather is cold but we still have to work to make it on time. I have been familiar with farming since I was a child."

"Farming life has been the same for many years, every season we go planting, rain or shine, the farm work still follows a natural cycle. Now with machines, we have less trouble than before, helping us save time and effort," Ms. Hoa shared.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan was covered in mud after a morning of planting rice. She said she was from another district and came to Quoc Oai to plant rice for hire. "My morning job is 500,000 VND. Although it is hard work, I have enough money to take care of my family and make ends meet. I have been working continuously for nearly a week now."
