On the afternoon of November 29, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (Hanoi City Police) informed that the unit had just rescued 4 workers trapped in a fire at a veterinary medicine factory in Lien Phuong Industrial Park, Thuong Tin District.
Specifically, at about 3:34 p.m. the same day, the Hanoi City Police Command Information Center received a report of a fire at a veterinary medicine factory.

At the scene, the fire broke out in a factory with an area of about 500 square meters, a steel frame structure, and a corrugated iron roof used for the production and storage of veterinary medicine.
Upon arriving at the scene of the fire, through reconnaissance and information gathering, the Fire Commander quickly assigned officers and soldiers to deploy teams to search for victims still trapped in the fire, while simultaneously deploying firefighting and preventing the fire from spreading.
With the efforts of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police, at about 4:26 p.m. the same day, the fire was controlled by the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force.
